The move out process was abysmal. My college age daughter gave notice to Peachtree Park within time to cancel cleanly, and Peachtree still charged us for 1/2 month rent due to a misunderstanding caused by their complete lack of communication. She and I tried to call their business office many times and never got a pickup. If you are thinking of putting your college age students there, THINK AGAIN!
