I used to live in this apartment and there were several problems that I had faced. The apartment is full of cockroaches. Whoever trying to live in this apartment should be aware that even if you request a pest control, they really don't do much for you. They are going to put a tiny bit of cockroach gel on a small piece of paper and place it in your kitchen that really doesn't even work. Also, if you request a maintenance , THEY WILL ALWAYS BE LATE. It will take them more than 2-3 weeks to arrive and fix problems of your apartment. Overall, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
