We were told by the front office we had to notify them within 45 days if we were planning to not renew our lease. We then were informed we needed to inform them within 60 days after the 60 day mark. We went to the front office and told them about our situation. We were assured we would not be fined for the late notice. Despite their assurance we were hit with a $1300 fee for notifying them after the 60 day mark and there is nothing we can do about it. The staff is misinformed on their own policies, rarely answer the phone, never returns calls, extremely slow to fulfill maintenance requests, and is overall useless.
