ON MARCH 23, 2018 I APPLIED TO THE COMPLEX, MY APPLICATION WAS DENIED DUE TO CREDIT. THEY CHARGED MY CARD $500 FOR HOLDING UNIT 151B. $99 APPLICATION FEE FOR MY HUSBAND AND I. ONCE MY APPLICATION WAS DENIED THEY SAID THEY WOULD REIMBURSE MY 500. BACK IN TO MY ACCOUNT. WELL TODAY IS APRIL 5TH AND NO DEPOSIT BACK IN MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE OFFICE, SINCE YESTERDAY WITH NO RESPONSE. FINALLY GOT TO SPEAK WITH ALEX, SAYING THE MANAGER WAS IN A MEETING AND WOULD CALL ME BACK. WELL GUESS WHAT NO RETURNED CALL..... I HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE 10:03 AM TODAY 4/5 IN TOTAL OF 45 AND NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE... SOMEONE NEEDS TO CALL ME BACK ASAP.... SO GEORGE IF YOU CAN HELP AND YOU ARE IN THE MAIN OFFICE CONTACT ME.... NOT VERY HAPPY NOW...
