One major issue living at Prism is the unbearably loud heating/cooling system. This can be particularly a problem if you rent a studio. I have asked around other tenants and been advised to use it as less as possible because they have such similar experience too. Furthermore, it is crucial to maintain a record of every verbal agreement you have with the manage team. It is not uncommon for them to conveniently forget what was previously agreed upon, only to charge you more later on. I did tell the building manager about my moving-out date and have been reassured by the manager that there was nothing else I needed to do! Later on when I brought this up to the management team, and the team told me that since there was no record to prove such agreement, so I had to pay about $1500 fee, which I did. I wish I had recorded the conversation and did not trust any words from the management team. Additionally, on the day I moved in, I was surprised to be charged approximately $100 for using a credit card. Given the chaotic nature of the move-in day, I wish the building manager had been considerate enough to remind me about this fee. I hope these experiences are useful to you and wish you the best of luck!
