Pros: Huge estate nice two level gym modern equipment in the gym huge closets in apt Cons: Buildings starting to look very old We faced lot of maintenance problems ( restroom issues) while our stay We stayed near the lake floor one, there was not much light Apt was very gloomy on bright sunny days as well
