We lived here for 2.5 years. Rent is outrageous after they attach all the additional fees amd rent goes up even more each time you renew your lease. You will more than likely not get your security deposit back. They took Half of my security deposit to give the new tenants a new toilet seat and for a scratch on the floor. (The floor was not perfect when we moved in 2019 ) we also had to deal with bugs, the nasty smells in the hallway and constant mold due to lack of ventilation in the bathroom and kitchen.
