"Welcome home" is their slogan. Hardly feels like home when their supposed concrete separation of apartment walls doesn't translate to upstairs neighbors. I've purchased white noise machines, fans, etc...just to get some peace and quiet. After less than a month of living here, I tried to back out of my lease because of the Noise and they said well you can leave but you'll have to pay 3 months rent etc...The grounds are well kept and beautiful, but if you're a person that wants a small amount of quiet I would look elsewhere. Find a place that will be transparent about the real quality of noise and that will work with you. I can't wait until my lease is over to leave the less than "homey" type of place.
