It's a decent place. If you work in Mass it's great close to the border but you live cheaper in NH. If you work in NH go farther north there are better options. Good - maintenance is quick and gets the job done. The landscaping is nice and people are friendly. Being on the border there are tons of stores avoiding the mass tax so shopping is convenient. Bad - unless you get lucky you are paying for laundry using some card thing to scam you out of a few bucks when you move . You pay for parking but it is patently a scam. They claim to tow people without stickers however story. I had family come visit from out of town for a week, and asked what they should do about parking. I was instructed to just not park in marked spaces, so do not pay for parking it's a scam. Overall it's a meh place. Nothing bad but nothing great so a solid 3. Most reviewers are 1 or 5 the reality is it's a 3.
