Live in the current North Andover Location which sucks as well. Poorly maintained community, workers and management could care less. Noisy college kids and police every weekend patrolling. Looked into Nashua location as I heard it's not as bad and more appealing visually. Applied and got approved after 3 weeks of waiting while computer communications (website)messing up, office staff with the back and fourth misinformation. Put down my money for deposit once I got approved. Within third week, received paperwork for new apartment with everything ready to go. Two days later got a call that I'm no longer able to have apartment after a couple of late payments in North Andover location. But they had no problem hitting my credit and taking my money. Never again, smh office staff and community are some pretty good con artists. I will not recommend AIMCO company or these locations to anyone especially with half of their amenities broken (laundry machines, gym equipment, dog parks, BBQ and etc.).
