i want to express my deep disappointment with the management of Royal Crest Apartments in Nashua NH. I have been a resident for two years, during which time I have experienced incredibly poor treatment. Recently, I requested a transfer to a larger apartment. The process was initiated by an employee who subsequently went on extended leave without anyone else willing to complete her work. I found this lack of continuity highly upsetting; instead of addressing my concerns directly, the other employee only left sticky notes on her desk for days Frustrated by this situation, I decided to vacate my apartment and provided a month's notice. Now, they want unfairly to charge an additional month rent due to the misplacement of my notice. This added fee is unjustified and exemplifies the excessive fees charged by Royal Crest Apartments. Having rented in Southern New Hampshire for 18 years, I can confidently say that my experience at Royal Crest has been the worst. I have not yet paid the disputed amount and intend to pursue resolution through legal means.
