Good luck if you live on the first floor... The floors are old and will creak under any pressure. My upstairs neighbors are very thin and still sounds like there is a marching band 24/7. Most bathrooms do not look like the one pictured here. Most bathrooms have an awful yucky yellow textured wallpaper and old blue tiles all throughout. The light fixtures are super old, dusty and make the bathroom look like a psych ward. The sinks are so old, they oxidize and have to be scrubbed constantly. The pipes are old and clog very easily. To make matters worse, everything is an additional charge, you are better off with a slightly more expensive apartment that includes basic needs in the base rent.
