This place is about as crap as it gets. They want 2,300$ a month for a Two bed and two bath. Mind you they haven't been renovated in god knows how long, so you have cabinets falling about, dry wall peeling off, and showers growing Mold. The maintenance team is the only good part about this place, and that's probably because in the two years I was there I saw them more than my neighbours. Speaking of neighbours, if you love rats/mice, this place is for you! They live in the walls and you can hear them all night. Plus all this news now of people breaking into the buildings and trying to find unlocked doors to get into.... On the website they say "your new home features smart technology"..... all it is, is a door lock that you can lock with your phone. Great. Nothing else is. Also the parking situation is an absolute joke. You can buy a parking space but no one listens to them and the tow company is the worst company, fitting really for the apartment complex they work with. Honestly, even if you're desperate, don't live here. Hold out, you'll regret every minute you do live there if you do.
