Don't live here unless you absolutely have to. Merrimack college has completely ruined living at Royal. The students are terrible and have no respect for anyone else. Royal won't do shit about it, it's all about the money. The apartments are also disgusting and poorly maintained. Good luck having family or friends over to your home because guest parking is just nonexistent. And if they do park there, good chance they'll get towed because Royal/Valley Towing is notorious for towing you no matter what. Also the customer service is awful. The leasing center is completely useless. Either they are closed or will never answer the phone/emails. So sad to see such a used-to-be-decent place go to shit.
