Don't live here. Ever judge a book by its cover? You can do the same with apartments. On the outside Royal Crest appears to be very regal with its flawless landscaping and superior amenities. The exterior of the apartments look gorgeous. Inside you'll find long, narrow hallways and many dark, windowless areas. There is a security guard watching the entrance to the complex at all times. So how did all of the locked up bikes (including FOUR belonging to my family) get stolen one night? They claim to have storage space available outside of your apartment in public closets within the building. Good luck finding space after your neighbors have decided to make it their personal museum. Oh, and don't even consider leaving anything in the hallway--even if it's muddy shoes on a rainy day or a new bike you don't want stolen--someone comes around to place little orange stickies on items that will be removed by management within 24 hours. They have pretty flowers, a lovely pond with fountains, a pool, and a mini-golf course. But that all comes with a ridiculously high rent, unsafe grounds, and a dungeon for an apartment.
