This is the worst apt company which is AIMCO that owns all the royal crests to live for. horrible horrible company. Let me get to why i gave one star because of the size of the apts and the area it is located in. Other than that everything sucks about this place They advertise free parking . it is not anymore.. 5 bucks a car.. when asked why no straight answer or anything just some mumblings hard to get They changed the washers and dryers recently after raising the prices. Well the bad thing about it is that the washer are half the size they used to be. There want income and job verifications from people who are changing apt to a different apt in same community and yet there are drug dealers and cooks and janitors from fuddruckers living here. most of the times pest in the apts are no problems for the office. they call the pest company and they come with some raid kind spray and they are done. Reason for pest by apt manager is that" we live in wooded area so all the pest from around area comes to our apt community, i have it in my apt too ( hoe do i know if she does or not) but then why does other people in my building dont have it and i live on the top most floor. There are articles on this apts mishaps on eagle tribune almost every month.. robbery, drug deals and lots of other stuff. they have resident get mandatory home type insurance on the building and apt damage. this is not right since as a tenant u do not have insurable interest in their property to have them get u mandatory insurance since tenants dont own the property. another scam to get more money out of resident.. did i mention this is all after raising rents every single year significantly... These apts have gone downhill since aimco bought them
