I moved in here about 3 months back and since then there are issues and issues. No one cares for your problems, there is no staff to fix the issues and even sometimes they take 3-6 weeks to fix the problem. But they need rent on very first date of the month and even for open on road parking, you need to pay. Laundry is also paid. Gym equipments are too old and no maintenance happens. Water gets clogged inside the Gym, Believe me it is true. I would suggest never move in this apartment. It is most worst Maintenance I have ever seen. I have escalated to Management but no body listens here. They will just cancel your Service Requests without fixing the problem but Survey will come for sure to rate them. Even after my feedback, if you choose to move in here, its an foolish decision. Rest is up to you. Thanks Nalin
