I had a medical emergency and needed my girlfriend to come pick me up at 11pm. I had her write an email to the leasing office to let them know, as this is what we had been told we should do if we need to park for an emergency. After a few short hours her car had been towed. when going to the leasing office the next day to explain that I had a medical emergency in that I wasn't there to get her a pass in the middle of the night we were told that this isn't an excuse and there's nothing they can do about it after the woman had told us that's who we can email. She then insisted that it's not her job and that it's courtesy if she gives us a pass. i'm very disappointed as I've been a resident here for almost 2 years when my lease is complete. it doesn't help that the higher the most useless and angry towing company in the Merrimack Valley there.
