Last week, more precisely on Wednesday the 25th of May if I remember correctly, I applied for a two bedroom apartment in this establishment. Everything went well, including the payment of the security deposit. For personal reasons I gave up on the application and requested the cancellation and return of the security deposit I had paid, the office staff said that they had made the refund request and that it would take 3 business days. I'm on my fifth business day and so far I haven't seen my refund come back to my account. Thursday I called and they said they would contact me with a response from the manager about my case but all I got was text asking if I was still interested in the apartment. I tried to call this Friday, June 3rd and I was not answered. Several attempts, waste of time and dissatisfaction with this institution that I thought had the least respect for the customer.
