I lived at Royal crest for 2 years and wish I could get those 2 years back, the apartments are outdated m, the building aren't well kept, it's broken glass palooza so be careful walking your animals. The leasing staff besides 1 or 2 people were very hostile. We always had issues trying to get maintenance to do general repairs. We didn't have a warm and fuzzy experience, and then they wanted to raise our rent $500 yeah no thanks..
