Parked for less than 8hrs to visit a resident. I live 2hrs away. Car was towed in the morning. Literally stranded. The resident that lived there had no idea you needed a guest permit. I called Royal Crest and they said they sent out an email about guest passes? Resident never got one. Look out for the roaming tows in the middle of the night, during a pandemic. Royal Crest literally hired a towing company to tow vehicles parked in the middle of the night, like vultures. Makes me sick. The front office was closed, there was no way for me to get a guest pass. River Valley Towing, was also the worst experience I've ever dealt with.
