Royal Crest North Andover is overall an average place to live but only temporarily. The property manager and leasing staff are awesome and will try their best to help. The grounds are kept as good as they can considering the amount of residents and college kids. Not worth the 2K a month however and you need to make sure your in the right building otherwise it can be awful with the kids from the college. Overall not a bad experience but will not be renewing after a one year lease. If you can afford the extra parking fee get your own spot otherwise in a normal world good luck trying to find parking at night.
