You can never call this place your home. They attract you with lower price to start with and when your lease ends and if you decide to renew they will increase the monthly rent by 20 to 30% of your initial rent. And for any reason if you need to break your lease they will charge you two months rent plus three months advanced notice so you are looking at total 5 months worth of rent money.
