The first night I moved in, an outlet was sparking uncontrollably and had to be replaced through the emergency maintenance line. We also had a flea problem but do not have pets... it was from another apartment and somehow infected the whole floor... in addition, their parking has been awful. The first night I moved in, I got towed. It was really frustrating because although I did not have a sticker, they have all of my car information, and I was parked right where my apartment is. Yet other cars parked all over the road were fine to stay there. Since then I have spent 20-30 minutes hunting for parking. If you are not a college student at merrimack college, don't bother. There isn't parking for normal people. They'll just tow you.
