Been here a few months. The heater in the unit sold to me was broken, cost a fortune and couldn't keep the apartment above 60 degrees. Asked the staff about it, they told me it was my fault and I should put plastic on the windows. And then threatened me if I didnt keep the place above 55 degrees. Something their heating unit flat out couldn't do. Stay here if you enjoy being treated like a Snowman.
