If you are looking to move in Pro 1)Big apartments Nothing else good to say here sorry Con 1) parking is 10$ monthly and is hard to find after 6 p.m 2) new maintenance manager specifically told me he was hired to make sure fees were charged. Where before there was no problem requesting a repair 3) utilities are extremely high 4) all apliances are electric and very outdated 5) my apartment was left clean and they still charged a fee higher than my deposit 6) even with evidence they will not negotiate and will try to report you to collections ( currently in legal process) 7) if you do decide on moving in do not get a basement apartment they are all moldy. 8) college students and/or other children have been breaking into the cars and there is police and fire trucks at least 5 times a month 9) renewals are about 300 a month higher than your original rate. 10) rooms rented out to college students during fall and spring terms Renter Beware!!!!
