I don't know what is happening with the ownership of management of this place, but it continues to go downhill. Everything is dirty and old. Rent is 1500, being raised to 1800 and for what?? The hallways stink, the laundry room is always dirty, the grounds are not kept up, there is garbage in the "pond" and around the trails. The apartments themselves are really run down and not kept up or maintained. The paint on cabinets are old and flaky, the bathrooms are really outdated. Also, there was no hot water for 2 days. I honestly have nothing positive to say about this place. It has turned into a horribly expensive crappy place to live.
