The place on the outside is beautiful...lots of trees, pretty quiet (apart from the occasional fighting you hear from the neighbors), good area in general BUT the rent increases SUBSTANTIALLY after your first lease is up! Management is HORRIBLE - they don't work with your requests, they don't resolve issues in a timely manner, they don't accomodate you whatsoever! DO NOT BOTHER using their gym.... when it rains it's constantly flooded, smells disgusting, machines/weights look incredibly OLD, the bathrooms in the GYM I won't even go there. Move in at your own RISK!! BEWARE!!
