1. The amenities are not 5 Star as noted on their website. 2. I have been living under the noisiest neighbors for almost (2) years now and they have done nothing to rectify the situation other than try and placate me. 3. Second entrance/exit has a gate that is padlocked at all times other than when there is snow removal. Pretty sure this is a fire hazard or at least makes it more difficult in an emergency for responders to get to certain buildings. 4. Fire hydrants blocked by cars parking in front of them on a regular basis. 5. Garbage disposal can only take "soft" food, asked about cooked spinach, response was "softer than that"; so water is the only thing that can be put down the disposal.
