On move out I was charged for repainting the apartment, which the leasing office told me you do between renters anyway. I was also initially charged for damage to the stovetop which was noted at move-in. That charge was removed, but it tells me that you would have charged me for damage that would not have been fixed before the next tenant moved in. I paid nearly $40k in rent during the 2 years I lived there but your deceptive business practices were penny pinching until the absolute last minute. I am absolutely stunned at the disrespect I feel. During the time I lived here, it was just an OK place to live. Repairs were made after things broke, not while they were clearly wearing down. Laundry is a pain to do because half the machines are chronically broken. I probably would have given this 4 out of 5 stars except they made the move out process an absolute nightmare.
