My experience after living in this complex for multiple years: Community has gone downhill over the past few years. The leasing office has had issues with their hours, only being open for two days of the week at one point. The walls are extremely thin, meaning if you don't live on the top floor, hearing your neighbors will be a common occurrence. We received emails earlier this year regarding break-ins into vehicles, and dumpster diving is a common occurrence at the property. There is supposedly a security company, but I haven't seen them walking around in the property within the past year or longer. Street parking used to be easy to find, even late at night, but it has become extremely difficult to park if you don't have an assigned spot in the property/have an extra car. The location of this apartment is fairly good, neighboring a shopping complex, and one block away from Oakridge. While this apartment's management has lost their competency, the maintenance team has always been great, responding to requests in a timely manner, even with staffing changes. EDIT: Changed to a 1 star because they apparently can't find me in their system, and want to assist further after I've already moved out of the property.
