Maintenance is fair and requires replacement with working items. Air condition/Heater are very old and the rooms will be cold during winter even though the temperature is 75 deg F. Chargeable for even single car open parking which is not acceptable. Utility bill is extremely high. Lease breakage after lease ending will charge two months rent plus very high trash removing charges. Management needs attention for Residents issues reported
