The management of this building has been highly problematic. I have lived here for two months and have encountered several issues: 1. Approval for my service dog took an inordinate amount of time. 2. We received a warning for placing our grocery wagon behind our patio furniture on our balcony, despite it being our private space. 3. They charge for the community lounge, which is effectively an office due to its distant location. It doesn't meet modern standards for a lounge, particularly compared to those in Brickell. 4. They impose strict limits on the number of guests, allowing no more than two per tenant. 5. My request to address the overcrowded and unsafe conditions in the gym's heavy weight lifting room was ignored. 6. A maintenance staff member has been exceptionally rude. 7. Parking fees are $230 plus tax through management, whereas self-parking in the same structure costs $214. Overall, living here feels like being in a gilded cage. Outside amenities are good though, but
