Amazing apartment, amazing view. 99% of the staff is super nice and helpful. Honestly I am not a fan of how SOME of the staff treat dogs. I would never have moved here if I knew some of the staff was so rude and unwelcoming. I literallly feel victimized by one of the staff members for having my dogs. Most of the staff is amazing tho! My suggestion to management would be to retain staff who are helpful and polite, and let go of the ones who hate their life and want to make residents miserable. Simple courtesy and kindness goes a long way and it costs $0 to be nice to people. Great amenities!
