Security is a huge issue, cars get broken into all the time in the parking garage along with catalytic converters being stolen but management refuses to take responsibility. Loud weddings and events go on until 2am multiple times a week on the vintage side when leasing said they shut music down at 10-11pm. Furthermore, random wedding guests wander through the building late at night not to mention homeless people shower and use the gym. Recommend going to the Lake Haus next door as they are in the same great area but much safer and honest.
