Delivering food was not a great experience. First off signs in the drive thru will indicate you need to park in the parking ramp. Concierge was friendly but didn't even offer a parking voucher to leave the property. Parking ramp payment machine barely works. I tried three different credit cards and none of them worked. I called the support line and they said I needed to pay after I explained to them I was just there for a delivery. Finally after talking to a second person they let me out of the ramp. The whole ordeal took about 20 minutes. I shouldn't have to pay to be in a parking ramp as a guest for just a few minutes. First time encountering such an ordeal.
