I've always had amazing maintenance service at the Beach Club and I appreciate the team, however, my building keys slipped down the elevator shaft. I requested maintenance to help retrieve them as I could not reach them. I have an Apple AirTag attached to the keys so I can currently see the location of my keys on my iPhone and the location is pinging the elevator. Within 24 hours, I received a text saying my keys couldn't be found and in order to get keys, I would have to pay $55 to get a new set. I really had no choice because I need to get into my building. I'm disappointed that the keys are still there (notifications from my AirTag continue to specify the location) and I had to pay for a new set. This isolated issue has been unfortunate, so at this point, I'm not satisfied with this particular maintenance response.
