The building is fine for the most part. The units are spacious. It's an older building so it's pretty dated. I would consider it the bare minimum for "luxury". Every single thing will cost you. If you want to use their package lockers which are the only way you can have packages delivered, there's an annual fee. There is zero free parking for your guests. The street is metered and the parking ramp that was free is now wildly overpriced. It would be cheaper to rent a second stall if you have someone visit you more than twice a month. If you want to live here, enjoy your spacious apartment alone because it will cost your friends an arm and a leg just to visit. For all the money they take, they host maybe 3-4 things for residents a year, and I'm pretty sure you have to pay at those as well. The maintenance guy Joe is great though. The office staff are fine. I've lived here almost two years and they've spoken to me maybe once. I wouldn't say they are interested in fostering community with their residents.
