I have not lived here but I took a tour of the place. The lady showing me the place was very friendly but she's hard to get a hold of. I had to call numerous times to get an appointment. I would expect someone to be at the office everyday for a property like this, but they are barely eve there. The rent rates are very high. Also, beware: Most of the ocean-side properties here are on the brink of receiving severe structural damage due to frequent erosion from the cliffs and the Bluffs at Pacifica are no exception.
