If you're planning to stay more than a year, be prepared to be gouged on rent. We've had a good experience otherwise, but when approached about a renewal they raised our rent by 7%! The other comparable units on the market at the property are much less than what we're being charged to renew. When asked if they would consider a smaller increase, management simply said "sorry it's market and each unit is priced differently." Bullsh*t. They're just taking advantage of captive tenants. I would have expected a little negotiation, but nope. No reasonable approach to it at all.
