Based on the condition of the cliffs I would recommend choosing another location than The Bluffs at Pacifica Apartments. Even though a majority of the apartments probably would be OK for a while, who needs the trouble of being locked while the cliff is being evaluated yet again? If you need more info just consult the news over the last year for Pacifica's Esplanade Ave. Too bad too. The view is great on clear days.
