This place has mice. Beware: MICE! Most of the apartments in the northernmost building have had mice, and at least one currently has mice. All the neighbors talk about it, ask one if you see them. The structure is infested, the mice are in the walls. Avoid the northern building (unless you have a cat)! I have lived here for five+ years. I have had mice for more than six months. The walls of the building are infested, and they eat through the foam they put in the holes. I've had to do my own pest control for months, their pest control contractor Western Exterminator doesn't show up most of the time, does a shoddy job and filed false reports with the health department claiming I had mice because I keep them as pets. You can't make this shit up. And the manager refused to hire a new contractor, even though they made up crazy stories about me keeping mice as pets. This place has become a nightmare because of the mice. I should move out, but I love my ocean view. If you have problems with mice, maybe look some place else.
