I lived in this place from August 2009 until this spring. I've loved the views and easy beach access. There has been a great turn around in management the past few years and with each change comes good and not so good. I physically moved out 3/22/16 but had to pay my lease through 4/25. Present management and past management was aware of a leaky window. As soon as I physically moved out, I created work orders for all items I identified as I was packing (roughly ten work orders). Today I dropped off my keys and took pictures of the work in my place. It certainly explains why my asthma was so bad whilst living there. Additionally, when I moved in in 2009 I was told that management would perform an annual inspection. In the seven years I lived there no such inspection was ever performed. While maintenance was always willing to respond, I expect am annual inspection by the experts would have identified these issues. I find it hard to believe that not only did management want to increase my rent by 2500 but based on these pics, I should not have had to pay for my last month possibly longer as it was unhealthy to live there. Oh and the folks with the Akita working dog are some of the most stellar folks around! I wish those who decide to live there beautiful sunny sets and good health.
