Unfortunately, I have to agree with all the 1 and 2 star comments. I wish I would have looked at this before I moved there. Yes the view is nice, but it doesn't compare to the issues that kept arising. I wasn't informed before moving in that there was a pest issue. Not only did I find mice traps in my place, there was cocking everywhere and it wasn't even shaved down so it was bulging out from the holes. On top of pest, I had rolli pollies crawling on my walls, floors. Then after that was ants coming from the bathroom then kitchen. Then after that was these weird bugs crawling in the cabinets and on my dishware. On top of pest issues, there has been black mold, leaks, mold, mildew smell, mice crawling in the walls, moisture in the walls. You name it and its there. Its sad because rent just keeps going higher and higher and it is not worth it.
