While the view is beautiful and the maintenance staff is great, it can't make up for the INCOMPETENCE of the management. They had a history of horrible accounting, losing checks, and irresponsibility. AIMCO, the parent company, then threatens former tenants after move out with collections if we don't pay for the accounting mistakes made by their employees (which seems to always work in their favor). I tried for almost 2 years to clear up mistakes after my move out, but it never worked. I paid $600 for fees I believe were false. Good luck.
