So I called the apartment office to schedule visit. Got an email confirmation. Drove an hour from east bay to visit. Told there was no appointment and no one could tour property. Left standing in rain and cold. I guess all the comments on yelp are true. Although I want an ocean view, not willing to pay a high price and poor service.
