Far too expensive, and they will want you to leave after a year. I've been here for several years now but I'm just about done. Almost nobody stays here for more than one year, as they increase your rent waaaay beyond what is fair. I have heard of long-term residents having their rent increased by over $700 a month! Most have their rent increased by AT LEAST $300/month every single year. So 90% of people leave after their first year - which means there is no sense of community. Maintenance staff are great but leasing staff are non-responsive. They'll say they will email or call you within 24 hours but never, ever do. You have to hunt them down. Your car will rust too, but that's expected in Pacifica. Not worth the money.
