The amenities are very nice and topically so are the units. HOWEVER, the units are extremely overpriced and what you see if never what you will end up paying. You will continued to see additional and undisclosed fees. I moved out months before the end of my lease and was charged phantom fees such as false utilities charges and vacancy fees. Additionally, I requested to complete a walk through when returning the unit as I had the apartment professionally cleaned and the apartment was returned as found. I was told there was no need and that I would receive my full deposit back, which was not true. I was charged cleaning and damage fees- neither of which was accompanied by any rationale. Another complaint I have was parking. You'd think being located away from downtown, surrounded by parking lots and paying $3k for a 1 bedroom would included free parking... they charge $100 per month and have no guest parking. I was also given parking on the 6th floor which takes a good 10 minutes to get to. I'd recommend anyone looking to rent here, reconsider.
