STAY AWAY! The building is nice and clean with decent amenities. They also have a great person called Corey who was always helpful and welcoming. It is just a shame that they have such an ignorant and rude manager (Sabrina). Sabrina could possibly be the worst person you'd want to have as a manager where you are leasing. No idea how the property owners hired such a person who has 0 regard for the residents and lacks any sort of customer service. I had my car broken into on my 2nd day in the building. This is because they didn't have a parking spot for me so they had me park in the visitor spots on the first floor of the building. Then I learn that there were at least 3 other car break-ins before me. You'd think they would do something to better protect and serve their residents. But like Sabrina, nothing but disregard and carelessness shown. She even didn't apologize once for what happened. She enjoys having the last word every single time. On multiple occasions, I sought Sabrina's help on this matter and I got nothing in return... only a rude, miserable person who just wants to pass her time and go home. Possibly the worst example you want to set for all the other employees by having this lady as manager. I hope the property owners see this and take action but Im sure its gonna pass under the radar and Ill get some templated response. Anyways, at least this will help potential residents to think twice before leasing here because all they are getting is a rude manager and probably their stuff will get stolen again because they have yet to come up with any resolutions.
