This building is absolutely horrible! Good luck to anyone moving in here, I would not recommend it! This is supposed to be a new building, which used to be called Modera, but it already changed to the district (good move on Modera) because this building will fall apart at some point. During our stay here, we dealt with mold and leaking everywhere on our floor. The staff does not fix the root of the issues and the leaking happens every time there is a storm. Also, everything was done cheap (cabinets do not stay together well). With all of that, they are increasing prices! I would never recommend this place to anyone.
